A calm place for meditation in Stockholm
Looking for a calm place to meditate in Stockholm?
ANDETAG, the breathing museum near Hötorget, is not a meditation studio. There are no classes, no instructions, no goals to reach, just light, woven textile, and music moving at a slow pace.
A room shaped so the body can find its own breath.
A place to settle.
A place to breathe.
