Accessibility

A place designed with care

ANDETAG is created as a calm and accessible experience. Our intention is to make the space welcoming to as many people as possible, at their own pace and on their own terms.

Below you’ll find practical accessibility information. If anything is unclear, you are always welcome to contact us.

Getting here

There are elevators from the metro platform as well as an elevator from street level at Kungsgatan 39.

The entire exhibition is on one level and is wheelchair accessible.

Wheelchairs and restrooms

The exhibition itself is accessible for wheelchairs.

Unfortunately, we do not have a fully equipped wheelchair-accessible restroom at this time. Please feel free to contact us in advance if you would like to discuss practical arrangements.

Light, darkness, and navigation

Some parts of the exhibition are dark. However, the space is designed to be easy to navigate, with clear paths and gentle transitions.

Guide dogs are welcome.

Sound and hearing

There is no hearing loop available in the space.

The music used in the experience is available online. If you use a hearing aid or other personal listening equipment, you are welcome to play the music on your own device.

Caregivers and assistance

Caregivers or personal assistants are admitted free of charge.

Please inform staff at the entrance.

Groups and organizations

We welcome groups of wheelchair users, such as school classes or day activity programs.
